RE-SCHEDULING POLICY Bright Trust Car Wash And Mobile Detail Solutions Re-Scheduling: Once a Booking is completed and you have secured and scheduled a Service Appointment, my Clients are able to Reschedule your Service Appointment at anytime - with no charges or fees. The exception to this is if the Reschedule occurs between 0 minutes to 60 minutes (1 hour) prior to the scheduled Service Appointment time. In this case (60 or less minutes from Scheduled Appointment time), Clients will not not be able to reschedule online from the website, or from the Mobile App. Instead you will be directed to Contact Us directly. A representative will assist with rescheduling your Service Appointment. At that time, if a Technician is already in route to your location, a Rescheduling Fee of $10.00 will be billed and charged.
